The Legend of
Deaf Faed
When our school was build in 1895, they dug a big hole in the ground.
That night a big storm came. The next morning the men came. They expected to find a hole full of water.
They did find water, but in the water was a great big deaf baby taking a bath!
They called him Faed, and I guess he was the first student here but he wasn't really the first student because he wouldn't fit inside the building!
