Advocate- to speak in favor of
Chemistry- the science that deals with chemical elements and compounds
Consequences- a result or an outcome (example: I didn't do my homework and now I have to miss recess.)
Decreased- to make or become smaller (example - He decreased his weight by dieting.)
Developmental- at a stage when developing something
Disfunction- to not function properly
Disorder- a sickness or an alignment such as a stomach disorder
Dosage- an amount of medicine taken at one time
Genetic- when you have a feature or characteristic passed down by someone in your family
Hyperkinetic- too much motion
Impulsive- acting suddenly and without thought
Inattention- lack of attention and/or carelessness.
Jitteriness- nervous or fearful
Medications- medicine
Mental- having to do with the mind or mental ability
Physical- having to do with the body or physical illness
Postnatal- happening after birth, especially soon after birth
Prenatal- existing or occurring before birth
Routine- a regular habit
Self-Control- controls emotions and actions
Significantly- important and note worthy
Social- liking to be with others
Stuttering- speak with short stops you can't control, often repeating certain sounds
Symptoms- a sign or indication of the existence of something
Syndrome- symptoms that occur together that make up a diseases
Undiagnosed- unrecognized and/or not confirmed
Vary- different or to change (example -She varies her hairstyle.)
Withdrawal- to take back, pull out, or remove (example - He withdrew his letter from the mail box.)
