The data base was established to systematize the events , happenings devices of the space research. One of the most important organisation was founded in 1960 the World Data Center which collects the datas of the result of the Space Physics. They work in three groups:

-The WDC A in Greenbelt USA -in the center of Goddard

-The WDC B in Moscow

-The WDC C in Staugh in England..

In these datas one collected and published the list of the space devices ,orbit elements which have already launched into the space. Picture.

EAS and IRS The European Space Agency and the Information Retrieval Service have already had 50 million datas which contain the documentations,plans and articles about conferences.
