The United States economy is growing steadily, but homelessness and hunger continue to rise too. If more people knew how badly they needed our money and support, we could help solve this issue. Hunger and homelessness are not just the problem people are too. Many people today either don't have the money or time to give to worthy causes.
Hunger and homelessness in the year 2003 were mostly caused by lack of affordable housing and the few jobs. These issues are directly related to the economy and the economical hardships that many face in our country. People dig in garbage to find something to eat. Imagine having to do that for every day the rest of your life. The lack of transportation is hard for people who don't have a house much less a car to get to a job or even to a grocery store.
We have decided to help tackle this issue. This website is dedicated to help this social problem. If you want to learn more about the students who made this website go to the All About Us page!
