QUESTIONS AND RESPONSES

We took a random sampling of children and parents and surveyed them. The first question we asked was what the number of  children who die from hunger every year in the world. Three people felt that only 400 children die, where ten people felt that 2000 children die every day. The correct answer, 34,000, was only selected by eight of the participants.
From this sample, we also asked them whether they thought that hunger was a problem in the United States. An overwhelming response agreed that hunger was a problem in the United States.

Finally, we surveyed the public to see whether they would interested in helping the hungry. Fourteen people were interested in helping feed the hungry. Surprisingly, six people from sample would not be interested in helping people who are hungry.
