Kinds of Volcanoes
People who study volcanoes
are known as Volcanologists. Volcanologists have seperated volcanoes
into three different groups. There is the Shield Volcano, the Dome
volcano, and the Cinder Cone Volcano. The Shield Volcano has soft,
smooth Type of hills, just like a shield except for the soft part.
All the types of layers that a Shield Volcano has is some sort of volcanic
rock which when melted flows extremely easy.
