Pele and Her Family

When Pele came to Hawaii, she wanted to find a permanent home and she devoured the forests. Pele was destructive, but her fires were a part of the forces of creatoins. Pele, the fire goddess built up land for future life. The lava from Pele designates and deposits and sal. Pele lived for a long time, that's what the legend would say."Pit craters" deep down in the earth with blowholes and steam and smoke came out. Pele has found a place in an island crater where her spirit will remain forever.
